Just wanted to tell you again how absolutely wonderful the meal was that you prepared for me and my family during our vacation on Kiawah Island this past weekend. My family can't stop talking about it! Starting with your professionalism in making arrangements prior to the dinner, the friendliness of both you and Brian during your time in the villa, the presentation, service and preparation of the food, and ending with a spotless kitchen afterward, we couldn't have been more pleased.

I've saved the best for last though- the food! The meal was one of the best we've tasted. The Tuna Tartare and the homemade pasta were definitely standouts and we appreciate you sharing some of your "cooking secrets" with us. If you're ever looking for a personal reference, please feel free to pass my email address along- I'd be happy to recommend you to anyone, and we'll definitely be contacting you again the next time we're at the resort.
